The Center for Health Development IV-A (CaLaBaRZon), the International Committee on MCH Handbook,
and the University of the Philippines – Manila will play host to “Safe Beginnings: 1st Regional Conference
on Maternal and Child Health in Calabarzon in partnership with 14th International Conference on the
MCH Handbook,” to be held on May 9 and 10, 2024, in Manila, Philippines. The conference theme is
“Ensuring Universal Health Care through Effective MCH Services and the MCH Handbook.
